Mohini Luxe Studio – Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy governs the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Mohini Luxe Studio. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused Condition: The saree must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any stains, fragrance, or damage.
- Original Tags & Packaging: The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Blouse Piece: If the saree came with an unstitched blouse piece, it must be intact and uncut.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees with custom-stitched blouses, fall/pico work, or custom tailoring modifications done at your request.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, dry cleaning errors, or incorrect storage.
- Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or special promotional events.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned saree is received and undergoes a quality inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Payment Mode: The refund amount will be credited directly to your original mode of payment.
4. Replacement Policy
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect saree, you may opt for:
- A replacement product (subject to stock availability).
- A full refund.
Note: For damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs/videos.
5. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect saree sent by us).
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the saree has been shipped from our studio, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, and the standard return policy will apply upon delivery.
